• Receipt of your payment, we confirm your order and arrange the artist to paint it for you.
• A digital photo of the finished canvas will be emailed to you for your approval before shipping.
• You confirm the photo or ask for some improvement/changes until 100% satisfaction.
• The painting is sent out to you via EMS/UPS with a tracking number.
