Q:   Are your products new or reconditioned?  
A: 95% of our products are NEW. If something is reconditioned, there will be an (R) to the right of the model number, and the Factory Renewed Logo 

 and/or Factory Renewed - Factory Renewed (R) Merchandise Info  will appear under the product title or by the model number and above or below the (List Price) in the bottom of the listing. Our 30-day guarantee against defects will apply.

A product is labeled 'Factory renewed' for any number of reasons:

  • Open Box: Items cannot be sold as new if product packing is removed without a purchase.
  • Returns: Consumers can return products for any reason. Perhaps the consumer didn't like the product or had difficulty getting the item to work. Whether it's the very next day or months later, these items must be identified as 'reconditioned' or 'refurbished' to be resold.
  • Scratch and Dents: Some items are returned with visible wear and tear. Our Warehouse makes every effort to ensure that our reconditioned merchandise does not include 'Scratch and Dents.'

How are products renewed?
Every renewed product must pass a thorough examination. After repairing any defect and sanitizing, the product is repackaged. The original manufacturer, a reputable professional outside firm or our warehouse; may perform this service. All products are returned to like-new or almost new condition.

How do I identify 'Factory Renewed' products?

We note these products on our site with this icon.
The products will also contain (R) in the model number, for example: (R) Factory Renewed - Factory Renewed (R) Merchandise Info

Will 'Factory Renewed' products come in different packaging?
By law, product packaging must state if an item is factory renewed. Some packaging and terminology may differ from the original. Some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker indicating that it's reconditioned, refurbished, or factory serviced. Some items are repackaged in a plain brown or white box. Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (camera cases, straps, etc.) that are not included with the reconditioned product. Be sure to read over the product information page for a list of included accessories.

What makes a 'Factory Renewed' item such an excellent purchase?

  • Factory renewed products maintain high quality standards. Each item is checked at least twice for proper working condition and quality. In fact, renewed goods have a very low (2-percent) return rate.
  • The price you pay for a renewed item is much lower than at retail.

Q: How long does it take to process & ship orders?  
A: 1 Business Day after Cleared PayPal Payment to your PayPal Street address.  

For same day shipping on Tuesday to Friday, your order must be in by 10:30AM EST. Weekend orders are processed and shipped on Monday and Tuesday. Monday orders will be processed and shipped on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend sales.  Any order with a cleared PayPal payment to us prior to 10:30am EST Tuesday through Friday should go out the same day! Please allow at least 1 additional business day around any major holiday.

Orders shipped through the United States Postal Service will take 3 or 4 business days to process. Tracking information will be delayed.

Q: What is the delivery time for orders?  
A:

Orders are shipped from Tampa, Florida 33610. United Parcel Service (UPS)determines delivery days. Regular UPS Ground takes from 1 to 6 business days depending upon your location.    USPS takes up to 3 days to process and 2 to 10 days for delivery. Customs can hold your package up longer. 

APO and FPO orders may take up to 60 days for delivery due to customs.



Q: What is the quantity available for a product?  
A: Our stock various in quantities on merchandise, however we deal in fast moving merchandise, so quantities can and do change daily. 


Q: What will it cost to ship?  
A: We ship United Parcel Service (UPS) regular ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected. We ship from Tampa, Florida 33610.  We charge you what we are charged to ship. 


The Shipping weights of the merchandise are listed in the description. You are charged the warehouse shipping rate.  The shipping rate shown on the shipping calculator is the price you are charged.  Shipping Insurance and Tracking are included.

We use USPS for orders shipped to PO BOX (s) in USA, Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO addresses.

You will note a difference in weight from time to time in your order. The warehouse sets a shipping rate per item. When we offer 2 or more items the shipping rate is doubled or more. This can create a weight difference.  In order to ship out daily we can only combine weight in this fashion for all order.



Q: How do we pay for our order?  
A:

We only accept PayPal: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, E-Checks and Transfers through PayPal, (www.paypal.com) . Sorry, no personal checks or business checks are accepted except through PayPal.  


We conduct our business through a PayPal Business account with an (SSL) server, which enables you to make your payments easier, safely and more secure. 
 



Q: What is your warranty return policy?  
A:

Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.

  • All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.

  • Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty.
  • We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
  • Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
  • Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
  • A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns.
  • The returned item must include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate 'return shipping address'.
  • Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing.
  • No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
  • IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our Return Authorization process.
  • You will receive an RA number from us which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
  • Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
  • RA numbers are valid for 14 days.

Q: What is the 2 to 3 Year Extended Service Contract and how do I get it?  
A: The Two to Three Year Extended Service Contract is offered to our customers through the Square Trade Seal. This 2 to 3 Year Extended Service Contract may be purchased within 30 days of purchase of a qualifying item. The warranty program will send qualifying buyers an email offering the Extended Service.  

The 2 to 3 Year Extended Service Contract is offered on most electronics, Telephones and applies to both New and Factory Renewed merchandise that we offer.

Your purchase is still covered by the 30-day guarantee from our warehouse.  



Q: How quickly do you respond to email?  
A: We will attempt to answer your email within 24 hours, however incoming email from the weekend may require up to 36 hours to be answered. Please ensure that your Spam Block will not interfere (stop you from receiving) our emails.  

For Specific product questions: we will reply once we have received a reply from the product department in our warehouse. This could take a few days.
 


Q: What about Sales Tax?  
A: All orders will apply a Sales Tax to any order that is being shipped within the following States:

Florida – 7%

 


Q: How Do I prevent internet FRAUD?  
A: If a customer (you) pays with a credit card; the merchandise must be delivered to the same address that their credit card statement is mailed to. If payment is received via PayPal: we must ship the merchandise to the same address the account billing statement is mailed to.


We ship to your PayPal address.

Please do not reply to any email from Ebay, PayPal or us that asks for your password or that you sign in to complete a task. If you receive an email requesting this type of action or information from you: Do Not Reply. Instead forward the email to Spoof@ebay.com or Spoof@paypal.com with the full header.

Never give out your sensitive information in an email or because of an email.  Always use your own method to get to Ebay or PayPal!  



Q: Can I pick my order up?  
A: No... Not at this time… The warehouse is not set up with a Customer service area. Your order must be shipped to you.
