All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.
- Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty.
- We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
- Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
- Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
- A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns.

The returned item must include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate 'return shipping address'.

No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.

You will receive an RA number from us which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.

Because the warehouse source some goods through wholesalers and retailers, not all sales of goods on the site are necessarily endorsed by or affiliated with the original manufacturer of the goods or the owner or licensee of a mark associated with the goods. The warehouse, however, stands by all sales on the site and offers its guarantees and warranties on all sales.
We will refund any payment received when the warehouse sells out of the product between the time payment is received and order can be placed with the warehouse. This is a fast paced warehouse. Any item can be sold out at a moments notice. Once we are notified an item is out of stock, we remove it from our store.
