| | | Frequently Asked Questions | | | Q:What is your return policy? | | | A:I'll take the item back and replace and refund the purchase if i feel i made an error in the process. | | Q:Do you combine shipping? | | | A:Yes! in the USA, simply use the first (largest) shipping amount(once)for as many items as you wish to order, and pay for the batch in one payment, paypal or otherwise. Outside the USA, either contact me for a total, or use USPS.com and pay actual shipping: An LP and mailer weigh about a pound, a CD, 7 inch record or DVD weigh about 4-5 ounces etc | | Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? | | | A:Well, i try to ship it within a day or two, and then it is up to the post office (of one or more countries). It is my main job, so i keep up on it, but every now and then i leave for the weekend or take a day off, but most items are shipped within hours (or minutes) of payment received. | | Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? | | | A:no handling. shipping is mentioned on item listings, generally $2 for CDs/books, $2-3 for LP records, I'm not trying to make money on shipping, if you think i am, i'd like to hear about it. i generally lose a bit with packaging and paypal, but i try to round off in favor of the customer. | | Q:Do you ship internationally? | | | A:yes. |
