Postage & Payment
UK Customers: The preferred method of payment is PayPal although cheques and postal orders are accepted. International Customers: We only accept PayPal or cheques/money orders in British Pounds due to exchange rate fluctuations and high processing fees for foreign currency. You will receive an invoice within 24 hours of auction end detailing postal charges.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods unused and in original packaging. However, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods that you intend to return them and they must reach us within 14 working days of your notification. We reserve the right to refuse goods received outside of this period and if not in the original packaging, or as new. Your statutory rights are not affected. Under no circumstances, can goods that have been reduced in price for sale due to damage or defect, be returned. On receipt of the returned goods, we will either exchange them, credit your account or process a refund less a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping & handling charges or return postage.

If you change your mind about an order you have placed and it has been picked from stock and packed ready for shipping, the 15% restocking fee applies.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit as this is the responsibility of the courier. If the goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving them that they are damaged or that you intend to return them and they must reach us within 14 working days of your notification. We reserve the right to refuse goods received outside of this period and if not in the original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected. A
ll goods sent by us are insured and we will process a claim for compensation in the case of any damage. In the case of a damaged item, you will receive a replacement wherever possible but only after the claim has been settled and if the above terms are met. If replacement goods are not available, you have the choice of a refund or to select other goods.
