Starting March 1st, 2011, we do accept returns on items purchased at Fixed Price
and Auctions that are purchased for $25 or more (excluding swimwear and intimate
bottoms). Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused
condition (including all packaging and tags). You will receive a refund for the
cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs.

Print a "Returns Authorization Form" from this page for each item you
are returning. This form must be completely filled out and included with the returned
package.

Item(s) must be returned in original condition within 30 days. If there are
any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you.
Swimwear (excluding bottoms) and intimate apparel tops must be returned in new,
never-worn condition with all original tags attached. If applicable, any protective
inner lining must be intact. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear
bottoms are non-returnable.
