You are an outlet store, what kind of quality can I expect in my order?

We are proud to be the top eBay store for discount brand-name clothes!  You probably already know about our great prices, but as for quality; we carry brand new items that we purchase from department stores and catalog stores at locations around the world. 
The majority of our apparel and accessories are brand new with tags still attached.
(Any item we sell could possibly have some surface dirt makeup or soilages from warehouse storage or shipping to our facility, and we will not mention this in our descriptions, or give refunds for these washable marks.)
Famous Catalog items are both new and customer returns.
We feel you will be more than satisfied with our quality! (And pay great prices!)
If there are any flaws in the garment, we will state this in the description.
Many of our customers shop the big stores for designers and item names, and then search our site for the same items to be listed for a large percentage off the big store’s retail prices.

Are your items authentic?

Yes, all items are guaranteed authentic, or your money back!

What is NWT?

This means “new with tags”.  This will be a brand new item with the tags still attached. All new items may have been tried on in the store, but were not sold to customers.

The auction lists the size as small, but the photo shows it as a size Large.

We use the same photo for identical items in different sizes.  The correct size of the item is what is listed in the auction and not what shows in the photo.

Why does the photo look different than the stated color?

Due to differences in lighting, fabric textures, and your computer settings, colors can differ. We try to describe the color exactly as the manufacturer has, so that there is no question.  If you need further information about the color of the item you are bidding on, please contact
sales @ bhfactoryoutlet.com and supply us with the item number.

What are the item’s measurements? Is there a tag? Other product questions…

Most of these can be answered by looking at the eBay auction listing; we have listed the brand, the size, the description and whether it is new with tags, right in the body of the auction. If you have another question that is not answered in the body of the auction, please contact
sales @ bhfactoryoutlet.com, for specific measurements etc.  We do not list actual measurements for all items due to the nature of our store: We are an outlet, and if we were to take measurements for all items, we could not keep our prices low.  Suggestion: For items specifics such as “do these pants run large?”, you may want to consult the designer’s websites.

I am looking for a particular item, do you have it?

It is possible that we may have it.  We have a warehouse full of items and we post new items daily, so your best bet is to keep watching our store…

Can I make an exchange, or get a different size?

Sorry, since our inventory changes daily, we couldn’t promise that we would have the same exact type of item in our inventory tomorrow.

We sell our items for well below retail, so we are not able to offer this service. Please watch our site for similar items, our inventory changes daily.

What is “Designer”?

We buy from major department stores, and do not have permission to use the brand names of select high-quality private-label brands that are manufactured for these stores. Many of these labels you may recognize by their style or quality, but we cannot promote them by name.

What is Famous Catalog?

We carry items from the world’s most famous sportswear and lingerie catalog. This catalog is so famous, that we are not allowed to use their name. We are one of the few companies that are allowed to carry the current catalog items, but not allowed to advertise their name. The Famous Catalog clothing line carries MANY name brands. Lingerie items that you would typically find in their stores will have a label which will be cut or marked, clothing items and footwear carry different brand names, most of which are sold exclusively in this catalog.  Brands labeled World’s Most Famous Sportswear and Lingerie Catalog, Famous Label, Famous Catalog and Modal are all out of this catalog and may have their labels cut or defaced to prevent returns back to their catalog.  We sell customer returns and brand new overstock items out of this catalog. Our condition will state new or new customer return. If the item has any flaws it will be mentioned in the description. Some items may need to be laundered before wearing, because they may have been previously tried-on. Undergarments such as bras and panties are brand new and not customer returns, however the catalog required us to remove them from their packaging before selling.

BIDDING AND BUYING

Can I buy an item, instead of bidding on it?

You sure can, most items have a “buy-it-now” price. Just click to buy it now for the stated price.  These prices are well below retail, and you don’t have to wait around for the auction to end to see if you have won the item.

If no "Buy it Now" price is listed, please email us at sales@bhfactoryoutlet.com to possibly add one, as long as there are no bids on the item.

Can I bid on an item if I live outside the US?

Yes, you can. However there are places that we cannot ship to: MEXICO, and ROMANIA.
Also, international payments must be made with credit cards drawn from American banks, PayPal, or money order.

I bid on an item by mistake, Can I retract my bid?

If there are more than 12 hours left on the auction, eBay allows you to retract.
Go to “help menu” on eBay’s home page and type in “retract bid” for instructions. B&H Factory outlet cannot retract eBay bids for you.

I have bid on an item, and I have decided that I don’t want it, or can’t pay for it, what do I do?

Sorry, You must purchase an item that you have won, or we will have to file a dispute/strike with eBay, which will reflect upon your eBay account.

Please don’t bid on items unless you can pay for them and want them.

Please remember that we do allow you one week to pay for your item(s) from the time that the auction ends.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we do, rates are the same as listed for USA.

Can I bid on more than one item?

Yes, actually, as long as you don’t checkout/pay for any of the items, you can continue to bid on multiple items and pay for them all at one time.  You have up to exactly 7 days from the date and time of the first auction won, to pay for these items. Remember not to check out until you are done shopping.  You must do the bidding from the same eBay user id account.  If you do not pay within 7 days, you will receive payment reminders for each item won, from eBay.

Need to return an Auction you bid on, and won?

Sorry, no.
Auction sales are final, unless it is misrepresented. Auctioned items typically cost our customers much less overall; we cannot take returns for them. It can sometimes cost more to ship them back than the original item cost.

Please feel free to take your auctioned item to a local consignment store or re-sell it yourself on eBay.

CHECKOUT AND PAYMENTS

How long do I have to pay for my auction items?

7 days to pay!
  We allow you to keep shopping until you have finished, for up to exactly 7 days from the date and time of the first item won.  To do so, you must NOT pay for anything until you are done. If you pay, it closes the order, and we cannot combine orders after-the-fact. So just keep bidding or shopping, and do not checkout until you are completely done.  (Select “check out later”) Make sure all items are bid on with the same eBay user ID. Combining your order will make the payment process easier for you, and reduce your total shipping cost.

If you do not pay for the items within 7 days, you will receive payment reminders/warnings and eBay disputes.  If you do not pay for your item, eBay will give you a strike on your account and the items will be relisted.

Do I have to have a confirmed PayPal address?

Address confirmation is useful because it provides a way for a seller to verify a buyer’s identity.  Shipment to a confirmed address, however, is not necessarily a requirement since not all PayPal users are able to confirm their addresses.  If  you live outside of the USA, United Kingdom or Canada, you will not be able to confirm your address in PayPal.  Go ahead and make the payment through PayPal and if we have any concerns we will contact you.

What types of payment does B&H Factory Outlet accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal and Money orders.
International orders: we accept credit cards issued by US banks, Pay Pal or Money Orders.

How do I check out?

Click “check out now”, to submit your payment now.

Remember to check out, your order can be delayed and/or cancelled if you do not complete checkout. Please use the “checkout” button in the item listing if paying for only one item.

Delay checking out if you are taking advantage of our 7 days to pay, instead, click “save my cart” until you are done shopping.

When you are ready to pay for all items at once, click “check out now”.

Can I mail you my payment?

Yes, in the checkout, select “money order” for your payment method and mail us your money order with a copy of the order.  Be sure to write your order number or eBay item number on your payment to avoid delays.

Why isn’t my item in my checkout?

Items will not appear in your checkout until the auction end date, if you have won the item. If you selected “Buy it Now” it may take a small amount of time for the computer system to update.

Can I use a Promo Code, and how do I get my discount?

If you have joined our mailing list, you may have received promo codes for special promotions. Enter your promo code at checkout time for your order. Please remember to do so, because we will not accept promo codes or apply discounts “after the fact”. *You may only use one promo code per order

SHIPPING AND PICK-UPS

How much is shipping for my item? Can I insure my order?

Your total shipping rate is dependent upon the type of product, as well as the shipping method you choose in checkout.  

We give quantity shipping discounts up to 60% for the items additional to the first item, so it may serve you to order more than one item whenever you buy from us.
 
Insurance is available for your domestic US orders only.

Canadian orders only: Due to the slow customs process, we suggest you utilize Express service to get packages to you sooner in Canada.

Can I ship to a different address?

Sure, during the checkout process, specify where you want the items to ship to. Make sure that if you are paying with a credit card, you have the correct billing address entered.

When will you ship my order out?

  • Most domestic orders will leave our warehouse within 2-4 business days of receipt of your payment.  
  • Most international orders will leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days.
  • For orders of 50 items or more, please allow extra time.

Canadian orders only: Due to the slow customs process, we suggest you utilize Express service to get packages to you sooner, in Canada.

I live here locally in Iowa; can I pick up my items at your warehouse facility?

Sure you can!  You can pay for pick-up orders with several different methods of payments: PayPal, money order, cashiers check, personal check or bringing in the exact cash amount.
If you plan to pick up your item, you must contact us at
customerservice @ bhfactoryoutlet.com to finalize your bill including handling charges, local taxes and a pick-up time.

Please notify us 48 hours before picking up your order so we can have the order ready for you.
If you choose not to pay using PayPal, you will need to pick up your items within a week; otherwise these items may be re-listed through our automated checkout process.  Our handling prices are as follows:  For EACH item picked-up there is a $2.00 handling fee. Example: 6 items won will cost $12.00 in handling fees plus costs of items and local and state/local taxes. Our office is located at 5285 Rockwell Drive NE, Cedar Rapids, IA.  Pickup hours are 8 to 4:30 weekdays, Iowa time.

I Have a Promo Code, how do I get my discount?

Enter your promo code at checkout time for your order. Please remember to do so, because we will not accept promo codes or apply discounts “after the fact”.
You may only use one promo code per order.

How long will it be before I receive a refund?

If we have promised you a refund, it should be refunded to your PayPal account or mailed to you within 10 business days.

What is store credit?

Store credit is a promo code that you can use towards any item we sell at B&H Factory Outlet, essentially like a gift certificate code.  You have up to 90 days to use the promo code from the time it is issued to you.

When does B&H Factory Outlet leave feedback for buyers?

Because we serve such a large number of customers, we must use an automated feedback system. This system leaves feedback for all buyers at the time payment is received.

What kind of feedback should I enter at eBay for my purchase?

If you take a look at our feedback rating on eBay, you will see what our customers think of us. We are a very honest company and would never intentionally mislead our customers.
