1--  How do we calculate our Shipping & Handling costs?

We ship Localy via USPS and UPS! We charge the actual shipping cost plus a small handling fee to cover packaging costs (boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts, padded envelopes etc,) to insure your item will be packaged carefully to protect it during shipping.

2--  Why hasn't my package arrived? (International)

We ship internationally via USPS only.Transit times are estimates only. At times, packages can take several weeks to arrive at their destination. Upon shipment, we provide shipping information, date of shipment, Customs Declaration number & insurance paid. Please be patient, as we do not have control over the United States Postal Service or your local customs requirements.

3--  Can you mark the item gift (with a lower actual price.) on the customs form?

We understand that you'd like to save on customs fees. Please realize, however, that falsifying customs forms is a Federal offense here in the United States. We will NOT falsify customs forms. The risk to our integrity and losing our business license is too high a price to pay.
