The item picture and details did not do the item Justice. It was much better than I expected. The item came complete and was shipped in a timely manner along with excellent packaging. Will most definitely do business with them again. I did email them directly once just to clarify a question I had about if something came with the item or not however I did not get a response. Front passenger door for 2005 Tacoma, in great condition, packaged very conscientiously, delivered to my door quickly. No struggles with freight carrier. Product as advertised. Seller communicated well throughout the process, and paid attention when there was nearly a mishap regarding a color code being wrong on the original part, due to some photos being mixed up -- they solved that before it would become a problem. Door fits great! Now I need to go scratch it up a bit to match.
