We work hard to ensure a smooth process from start to finish, but if for some reason there was an oversight or error PLEASE GIVE US THE CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT!

Babbletees T-shirts is a small three-person (check out our about us page to read about our story and see detailed biographies on us) company in rural Northern Illinois working NON-STOP to give you the best experience possible. The feedback and DSR ratings that you give us directly affect our business and livelihoods. THESE T-SHIRTS ARE OUR ENTIRE WORLD and all that we do. We are not a faceless, corporate big-box retail outlet , we are t-shirt artisans working hard to do what we love. Katie, our dedicated customer service representative, checks eBay messages, e-mails, and voicemail obsessively from 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Any messages left after 6pm Monday-Friday will be answered the following morning. Anything ordered after 3pm on a business day will be processed and ship the next day. We want to make sure that you know what your order status is at all times. You’ll receive an e-mail notification when your item ships. We’re working on a system to automatically send tracking information, but in the mean time please contact us to provide the tracking information on your order.

T-shirt Sizing

Most Babbletees unique, funny, retro, science, and totally cool t-shirts are unisex unless specifically mentioned as "ladies" in the item title. The t-shirts generally fit "true to size". The t-shirt sizes listed in the item details are the actual size of the t-shirt mentioned by the t-shirt producer although they seem to be closer to mens' sizes. We would that recommend choose a size smaller as a general rule. We will gladly give you more information about the shirts if you contact us (babbletees@gmail.com or (815) 780-1953).

Babbletees T-shirts will gladly exchange your t-shirt for a different size. Please scroll down to the exchanges section for details.

Please see the below sizing chart for general idea of how our t-shirts fit. T-shirts are in most cases still sewn by hand so there will be a few variances. aIf your t-shirt fits larger than desired you can manually shrink them by washing it hot water and drying extensively.

Babbltees T-shirts uses 100% cotton Fruit of the Loom t-shirts in almost all of our designs. Certain designs may be printed on Anvil 100% cotton t-shirts, Gildan 100% cotton t-shirts, Hanes 100% cotton t-shirts or Jerzees 100% cotton t-shirts if our preferred Fruit of the Loom t-shirts are not available. They are pre-shrunk cotton but will shrink depending on how they are washed.

Processing

BabbleTees T-shirts has done everything possible to ensure the fastest processing and shipping times possible for our customers. Most orders ship out 24 hours after payment is received. All of our shirts are made by hand in-house and we are constantly printing shirts! Even with amazing inventory and shipping infrastructure in place, some orders may take up to 3 business days to process and ship depending on stock levels. A very small price to pay for the coolest t-shirts around!
Domestic Shipments (USA)

Domestic (USA) Shipping

BabbleTees T-shirts ships all single domestic orders USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation to the mailing address specified by eBay. USPS delivery confirmation will only show when the item was accepted into their system, after delivery is confirmed, or if there was a problem delivering to the specified address. Unlike UPS, it does not show every step of your package.

The shipping system at BabbleTees t-shirts keeps track of every t-shirt order detail and tracking number. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping. Packages typically arrive in 1-3 days after shipment, if they do not please contact us IMMEADIATELY! There may have been an address error or the item may be held up in USPS for some reason. Often time USPS will leave notice that your item(s) are available for pick-up at your local post office when shipping to an apartment. Either way, we’ll promptly investigate your order and contact you with any information we receive or need to make sure that you get your order.

Our shipping and handling charges are exactly what we pay to ship and package your item(s) and will update concurrently with USPS rates. We want you to receive your shirts fast and in perfect condition. Contact us if you have any questions about our shipping policies or just to Babble over coffee, we’d love to hear from you!

International Shipping

Babbletees T-shirts ship all single t-shirt orders using USPS First Class International mail with delivery confirmation to your specified mailing address. Multiple shirt orders are shipped USPS Priority International Mail. USPS delivery confirmation for international orders only shows when USPS received the item. It does not confirm delivery or when an item has cleared the destination country’s customs agency. If there is a delay in your international order please check with your local post office or customs office as chances are the package is with them. Babbletees is not responsible for tariffs applied in some countries. Shipping to Italy, Greece, France, Malta, Asia, Malaysia, or any African country may take up to 15 business days. Most of our Western European customers receive their orders 5-7 business days after shipment. Please contact us if you have not received your International shipment and we’ll do our best to track down the package with USPS.

Quality Control

BabbleTees T-shirt in-house production and fulfillment teams strive for perfection in everything that they produce and ship. We double-check the shirts for any defects before shipping, but may occasionally overlook something. Our shirts are hand-made by humans and may have slight variations. Please contact us promptly if your item is not absolutely perfect and we will send out another item as soon as possible. We will do anything to make sure that you love our shirts and service. Please contact us with any concerns or questions you may have. We want to talk to you!

Size Exchanges

BabbleTees T-shirts will happily exchange your shirts for a different size if the item(s) are sent back to us unworn and in new condition within 1 week of being received. Please allow 1-3 days for your exchanges to be processed after we receive the items. Be sure to include your name (or eBay username), mailing address, and desired size in the package to ensure prompt processing and shipment. We will notify you when the items are received, processed, and shipped. Returns

BabbleTees T-shirts will gladly accept returns on any order for any reason if you are not satisfied; we only ask that you let us know the reason so that we can improve our products or service. The BabbleTees team will ensure that everyone is happy about every aspect of our business. Include your name or eBay username along with any other information with the package. We will notify you when the item(s) are received. Returns will be processed 1-3 days after being received.
