You can expect to receive your item within 6 business days of shipment. Only request your UPS tracking number if 10 business days have past from the time of cleared payment. |

The delivery time is to be scheduled upon availability. Once your item has arrived it must be checked for any shipping damage or missing parts. Any discrepancies must be noted on the receipt |

We will work with you to rectify the issue if the above steps are taken. |
 | Q: What if my item is delivered missing parts or damaged and I do not disclose it on the receipt ? |
