1.If you don't satisfy with the item,we can allow you to return the item for exchanging,but you must contact us first and tell us the detailed reason,any buyer can't return any package without our agreement.We'll give you a return address,the return address is different from the address on your received package.You need to confirm the returned item in new condition with tags,never used.The return postage is your responsibility.
2.If you don't satisfy with the item and don't like to exchange,you also can return the item for a refund.But we will refund you just 70% of the final transaction price,the rest 30% will still be charged for administration,restocking and handing cost. Pls notice again,just 70% of the final transaction price can be refunded,and the return postage is your responsibility. |
