SHIPPING: Shipping is calculated by location. Items will ship USPS, you have the option of Fed Ex for heavier items.
PAYMENT: Our prefered form of payment is Paypal. We do take checks and money orders. Please notify us if you are sending payment by mail. Any items not paid by buyers who have not contacted us will be put in an unpaid item dispute after 4 days.
WE COMBINE SHIPPING ON ALL ITEMS: Hallmark Ornaments are an additional $1.50 for each ornament. Whenever possible we will ship first class mail. (limit with packing and box is 13 oz.). Most ornaments when purchasing 2 or more will have to go by priority mail, so please keep in mind the additional $1.50 will be added to priority mail price and not first class mail pricing. Please wait for invoice on combined shipping, after payment is made we are unable to combine.
Sales Tax: Pennsylvania residents only will be charged 7% sales tax. Allegheny County (our location) charges a 7% sales tax therefore that's what we must collect.
International Buyers – Please Note:
COMBINED SHIPPING: We will add $2.00 for each additional ornament to you shipping total. eBay's shipping calculator does not work correctly, please wait for invoice prior to payment. Also due to calculated errors if we feel your shipping is excessive we will issue a refund.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

There is no guaranteed delivery time for first class international mail; we suggest you use priority mail for guaranteed shipping times.

You will have the option of first class or priority mail. First class international mail can take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

First Class mail is only available from USPS up to and including 4 pounds, any items weighing more will ship priority.

International shipping first class is only up to 4 pounds, anything over that will ship priority. Each additional ornament is $2.00 for international.
