Before we ship the product(s) to the buyer we always inspect the item(s) to make sure nothing is broke, any major flaws, pieces missing or does not work. We do not inspect our products before we list them in auction, we wait until they sell. We basically find it is a possibility that unfortunate situations may occur even while the products are being stored in our storage room. So if we find a problem we will email you A.S.A.P. and we would be unable to ship the product(s) you won. We apologize if this should happen; it is not our intention to bring disappointment in the transaction. Your understanding of the situation is appreciated if this occurs.
