Q. 1 - I paid, but I did not receive any feedback, why?

We use eBay's Seller Manager Pro to leave feedback. This is a program offered by eBay to sellers. We do pay extra for this program, but we feel it is a must by saving us so much time to take care of other things such as answering emails and getting packages sent out. We have our program set to automatically leave positive feedback when positive feedback has been received. So with in 10 minutes of leaving us feedback you will receive feedback from us. We do suggest that you contact us first if there is a problem as we are MORE than willing to fix any problems that may arise, if possible. We do not want any of our customers unhappy with the transaction! We want our customers to come back and shop with us again!

All returned items for refund will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee (no restocking fee on defective products or exchanges) No refunds or exchanges on used items. We will cover return shipping charges on damaged and defective products. A. 7 - We ship on Wednesday & Saturday of each week. Domestic shipping can arrive in 2 - 14 days on average. If books/video/dvds/cds are being shipped this may take upwards of 4 weeks depending on the location. International shipping can arrive in 5 - 15 days on average. If the item is in a large box, this may take shipment upwards of 15 - 30 days. Q. 9 - Do you provide a tracking number for my order?

Personal size envelopes are excluded and the only tracking USPS provides for international shipping is via USPS Global Express Mail, all the other shipping services do not have any tracking for international shipments.

Q. 11 - Is insurance included in the shipping cost?
A. 11 - Insurance is free when the item is shipped via UPS, coverage up to $100.00. If the item is shipped via USPS, insurance is an additional charge.
