RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

only be granted if the merchandise has a manufacturer’s defect or is damaged
during shipping, or is not as shown in this listing. Refunds will not be given due to item color not
matching buyer’s monitor color.
All claims must be filed via email
within 2 days of receipt of item or it will be considered as not received. If you need an item returned or replaced
due to a defect or damage during shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe in detail the problem.
You will be contacted by email for return instructions. Items must be returned
in the original packaging and in the condition in which it was received.
As soon as your return arrives at
our offices, we will either place an order for a replacement (upon
availability) or issue a full refund. Our customers will not be held
liable for return shipping costs or replacement costs when BARON USA or
shipping company is at fault.
