When we receive the payment from the buyers via Paypal and if the buyer provides with Unconfirmed shipping address, Paypal will issue the following warning statment:

We shipped his order promptly, right after he got his order, he initiated a chargeback with his credit card, here is the message from Paypal:

This buyer was actively communicating with us about his order before transaction closed, which led us to trust him, never suspect his intention. After the chargeback occurred, he kept silent to all the mails we sent requesting for explanation, so we ended up losing everything.
We believe most of buyers in eBay community are decent people, but there always some bad apples there try to ruin the trust we enjoy for many years. We will not tolerate such fraud. We will publish anyone who dares to take such chance to ruin the online business, they have to be stopped.
We know this may cause extra steps or delay of shipment, we apologize for that, however after you read the information here, hope you understand our position as a seller.

teen_stuff bought a charger from us and then sent email asking for help, so we did and she thanks us for "you have been very helpfull!!". but later she said she wanted to return the charger, so we said fine, just keep it in original condition. we got it back, then issued refund to her paypal account. after that, she sent this email:
"i would like to help you cancell the transaction but you made me lose $40 bcause your charger broke my battery and i want a refund for my brand new battery. In your description you wrote that I have to buy that $3 charging cable and the font was small and in red which is not legal font and therefore it is fraud. I am going to open a case against your store and ebay account. I would like to be refunded for my broken batery!"
How could she not tell us in up front that problem?! she did not do that, it is not honest thing, and yet she blamed us for her trouble not following the instruction.
And then she left neg. feedback on our ebay scoreboard, here is her:
