We accept PayPal, money
order or cashiers check. If you wish to pay by phone with a credit card the number is
1-407-323-8418. If you pay with a money order or cashiers check, allow additional
time for shipping.
Shipping
Policies
We ship all orders as
quickly as possible. We maintain a large inventory but occasionally items
are out of stock. If the item must be ordered or is on order awaiting arrival
extra time is required before shipment. The item will be shipped ASAP after it
arrives in our shipping department. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Casto
Company Inc with the tracking information and date of shipping. Please allow 7 to 10 days
after shipping notice to receive your order before requesting additional information.
Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please direct all shipping
questions to
casto@castoinc.com.
Your emails will be answered as quickly as possible.
We do combine shipping on multiple purchases. You must email us to send an invoice
after the auction or purchase to calculate your shipping charges. As a general rule it is
full shipping on the first item and $2.00 for each additional item unless the
item is over 8 pounds.
Return Policy
You must email us at
casto@castoinc.com or call
1-407-323-8418 to receive a RMA number before returning all or part of your
order. All orders are subject to a 20% restock fee. Items sold as
is are NOT RETURNABLE. Please read the item description carefully. The shipping
charge is non refundable. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
Feedback
We have two eBay stores which generates
a large amount of feedback. Therefore our feedback is on an automatic response.
When an item is marked paid and feedback is left, you will receive feedback. We try to be as
understanding as possible about feedback. We ask that you consider your comments before you
leave them. Like words spoken was said can not be unsaid. Ebay provides very
good rules to follow about feedback. You should read them before leaving feedback. 99.9% of
our buyers are considerate and we do appreciate them. For the buyers that we can
not please, we have decided that since everything was done to please them we
need to move on to our good quality buyers. For the buyers that become
unreasonable we use eBay's option of blocking them as a buyer on our eBay site.
