| Q:When did my item ship? |

| A:95% of my shipments will ship via the US Postal Service. If you received an email confirmation that a USPS shipping label has printed for your purchase, your item(s) shipped on the date the label printed. |

| Q:The tracking# I received does not work. Why? |
|
| A:The US Postal Service only tracks Express Mail packages (overnight). The "tracking number" you received via email is actually a delivery confirmation number. This information is not updated until the package actually reaches the destination post office. |

| Q:Can I pick-up my item(s)? |
|
| A:Sorry, but I no longer do pickups. I'm normally in and out throughout the day and really can't afford to wait for pickup customers to show. In the 10 years that I've been selling on eBay, NOBODY has ever shown up when expected.

| Q:Do you combine shipping charges? |
|
| A:Yes. To figure the shipping & handling charges, I use the highest individual shipping charge as the base and then add the additional item shipping charge from each of the remaining items. If this does not make sense, give me a list of the items you want and I'll figure the charge. |

| Q:Where are your bearings manufactured? |
|
| A:90% of my bearings are manufactured by RBI Bearing or FIT Bearing. These are US companies with manufacturing facilities located in China. Their respective web sites are www.rbibearing.com & www.fitbearings.com. |

| Q:What is the RPM rating on this bearing? |
|
| A:Most bearing manufacturers will not provide RPM ratings on ball bearings. When it comes to the RPM’s, there are too many factors that are outside the control of the manufacturer to set limits. The general consensus is that a bearing will handle just about any rpm, provided that it is properly mounted and lubricated. |

| Q:Can you cross my bearing part# to one of yours? |
|
| A:Yes. Provide me with your part# and, if at all possible, the name of the manufacturer. I will respond promptly. |

| Q:What bearing should I use in my application? |
|
| A:While I am happy to help as much as possible, I am not comfortable making specific application recommendations. There are just too many factors outside of my control, not to mention the possible liabilities. |

| Q:When can I expect FEEDBACK? |
|
| A:After you have left feedback for me. I do not believe that a transaction is complete until I am convinced you are satisfied. If I leave feedback first, a dissatisfied customer will tend to leave a negative rather than contact me with any problem. I just want the opportunity to make things right before my reputation receives a permanent black mark. |
