    BestDressForever04 is dedicated to bring you authentic brand name dresses at a fraction of their original retail costs. We have been in business since 2004. Our merchandises are all from major brand name clothing stores in US. All of our dresses are New With Tags unless otherwise specified. They may have slight wrinkle as it's been sitting in the bag. Some items may show signs of further handling as customers have tried on, possibly dusty hemlines that will come out when wash or dry cleaned. We will make every effort to include a photo and note any serious flaws that we see.  We always ensure Quality Merchandise With Great Price for our Customers

   We currently accept PayPal only for all transactions. PayPal is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay! Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction’s closing. Please email us if there is a problem with payment. Sales tax will be collected for all goods shipping to the State of California

 

1.  USA/International Shipping:
   
   
   • We usually ship either via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 1-2 business days of receiving your cleared payment
   • We also offer Express shipping upon request for additional charges. Express delivery within US typically get to you in 1-2 busyness days depending on the zip code. International express delivery may take a little longer. Please contact us whenever you need it
   • International shipment usually takes 3-4 weeks for the dress to arrive to you, but customs is beyond our control and could cause additional delay. You also may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance
    
2. Combined Shipping: We do combine shipping for store items (fixed price items) to minimize the cost to buyers Please check the detail below
   
   
   • US buyers pay the highest cost and the rest is FREE. However, if you purchase 5 items or more, we will waive all shipping charges.
   • International buyers - please check the section "Shipping and payments" on the listing for detail shipping discount.

1.  Return: please contact us before sending dress back to us, as there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.
   
   
   • The returned item must be in "As Sent" condition with All Tags still attached. This return policy will be Voided If there are any signs of wear or smoke - the item will be mailed back to you at your own expense
   • The returned tem must be sent with tracking information. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
   • The returned item must be received by us within 14 calendar days of buyer's receipt of the item.
   • If a refund is given, it will be only the purchase price of the item LESS 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charge is non-refundable. Even when the order is free shipping, we incur in shipping costs, and it will be deducted from the total to be refunded.
    
2. Exchange: We can only accept exchange for the same item but different size. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for both returned item and new item.
