About us
I discovered Pleasant Company American Girl products in the mid 1990's, and was quite charmed and intrigued by the first few heirloom-quality historical character dolls introduced, as well as their books, well-made period reproduction furniture, and accessories. I began to collect some of the earlier historical character products, and finally opened my store, to make these wonderful educational creative-play dolls and their worlds available to children, mothers, and other grandmothers. Many products have been retired and are only available on secondary markets. I carry an ever-changing selection of new and used doll clothes, and often dolls and accessories from most of American Girl's many product lines, produced from 1986 to the present, including replacement pieces. I'm a great proponent of toys that encourage reading, writing, imagination, and a love of history!
