Can I expect my item to be exactly the color shown on my monitor?
No, unfortunately not. The color you see on your monitor is dependent on many factors including: your graphics card & monitor and the graphics card & monitor of the photographer as well as his/her own interpretation of color. We will certainly try to nail down a more exact color name if you email us about a particular item.
All measurements are approximate and measurements are given at maximum size. For example: If you had a tapered bangle we would quote width at its widest point.
Please make payment via PayPal. PayPal is our preferred method of payment and offers security for both the buyer and seller. If you wish to use a credit card, you may do so through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, it is easy to apply. If you do not wish to pay via PayPal, please contact us. We will accept a credit card payment via phone as an alternate method of payment.
How long do I have to pay for my items?
Orders are reserved for 14 days, therefore payment must be made within 14 days. If payment is not within 14 days, we then cancel orders within the eBay system.
How long will it take to get my item?
Delivery times vary based on the mail class chosen at checkout. Domestic United States first class mail can take anywhere from 4-14 business days to be delivered and is considered lost after 30 days. Priority mail within the US can take anywhere from 2-4 business days to be delivered. If you need your package as soon as possible, we would suggest choosing the USPS express mail option. USPS express mail within the US is generally delivered within 1-2 business days. International delivery times can vary greatly. It can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks for a package to be delivered. An international shipment is not considered lost until 45 days after shipping date. We offer combined shipping rates for all items purchased with one payment. If you are having trouble making payment for a combined order, you may contact us to receive an updated combined invoice.
Items can be returned for any reason. We accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of receiving an item. Items must be returned in original bag with original inventory tag. Item price will be refunded only, excluding shipping either way. Please contact us with any questions prior to returning.
