Shipping Information
• How long will it take to ship my package?
BigBuyCity ships via UPS ground*, providing fast, trackable and insured shipments. Items are very carefully packaged by our trained service department, and generally ship out within 1 -3 business days of receiving a cleared payment (excluding weekends and holidays). UPS Standard Ground usually delivers within 2 to 6 business days to your physical address. We ship to PO Boxes for an additional fee. For a standard US package we charge 10 dollars additional to ship to a PO Box. If the address you submit is a PO Box address, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the money due. All packages shipped to a PO Box are shipped via USPS priority and take 1-3 business days to be delivered once they ship. Please note that USPS packages can not exceed 70 Pounds per USPS restrictions.

• What shipping companies do you use to ship?
BigBuyCity uses USPS, UPS and AIT WORLDWIDE to ship packages. UPS ground is the default shipping method and it is used on every continental US shipment to the 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam ship via UPS air or PO Box and carry an additional fee. Large items that are overweight or oversize use AIT WORLDWIDE as the shipping methods. International packages ship via UPS expedited international service.
• What is the shipping cost for this item?
We charge different shipping and handling for each item we have listed. Many times we list items for free shipping, which means it does not cost 1 penny for shipping, handling or insurance. We take great care in making sure you are getting fair shipping costs and the best deals on shipping anywhere on the web.
• Do you offer local pick up?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pick-ups at this time. We are under contract with our warehouse to ship all items with them, since they handle, package, box, store and insure our products. However, we can give a small discount if you live close by. You will find that addresses close to us get delivered via standard shipping in 1-3 days.
• Do you combine shipping for multiple purchases?
We do combine shipping if the items are paid for in one payment. There is usually a standard discount of 8 dollars off the shipping on each additional payment. This applies to any standard delivery in the continental United States. For PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, PR and International packages, we can give small discounts for combined shipping, but rates vary so contact a support representative so they can total up a discount for you. If you pay in separate payments, we cannot combine the shipping costs for lower rates.
• How can I get the tracking number for my package?
A tracking number will be sent via e-mail automatically when your item ships; however, sometimes servers will reject the mail because it is automated. If you did not receive a tracking number and believe your item has shipped, please contact us with your shipping name and eBay item number and we would be happy to retrieve it and forward it to you. Please note that the email address we have on record in our database to contact you with is the email address submitted with payment. This means if you have a different email for Paypal and for eBay, we will be contacting you at your Paypal email address. If you would like an alternate email address to be your main contact with BigBuyCity, please include the email address in the notes with your payment and we will be happy to use the email address of your choice.
• Do you offer Express or Next Day shipping?
We do offer Expedited Shipping via UPS Air. Upgrades in shipping may be selected and paid for at the time of purchase. This is available on most items. Items with Get It Fast via UPS 2 day are listed all over our store. For other situations to get express shipping, please contact a support representative and they can work on getting an express shipment out to you today.
• Why have I not yet received my package?
At BigBuyCity, we take great pride in packaging and shipping your order. We package our items very carefully and ship them usually within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that there was a problem with your shipping address, we may be waiting for a response from you regarding a shipping clarification. If your item has been paid for but you have not received it in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us with your shipping name and eBay item number so that we can research it for you. We work out any problem, and if any unforeseen issue comes up we contact you, so please work out any issue with us as you will find we are the most fair and honest company on the web.
• I have received the wrong item.
If we have made an error while processing your order, we will pay 100% of the shipping fees to correct the problem. If an incorrect item was received, this is usually due to a processing error in our warehouse. We carry over 20,000 SKUs, so mistakes can happen, and we try to minimize this for you as much as possible. We will schedule a pick up for you at the address of your choice if you received the wrong item. Please contact us and let us know the following.

- What item should you have received?
- What address would you like the incorrect item picked up at?
- What time is good for you so we can schedule a pick up? (usually morning or evening in 4 hour blocks)
Would you like to keep the item? Sometimes, the mistake is actually one that a customer does not mind. The item could be more expensive, just as good, or sometimes better. If you would like to keep the item we sent you in error, please email us and we can work out a discount for the mistake, or a credit in our store for the understanding.
• I made a mistake in my address.
If you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us ASAP. If your order has already been shipped, there may be a fee assessed for the address correction. We can only correct addresses that are shipped via UPS and it is not always possible to correct. If the item comes back to us due to incorrect address, we will ship one more time free of charge in most cases. This only applies to physical addresses in the continental United States; all other address would be responsible to repay the shipping fee in order to get their item reshipped.
• Can you ship to international buyers?
BigBuyCity prides itself on offering our amazing deals to the entire world We will ship packages internationally and we offer the fastest and safest international shipments using UPS international. Please see the section regarding international orders below.
• Is your shipping insured?
BigBuyCity insures most packages at no additional fee. In some cases there is a small insurance fee listed. Shipping insurance includes damaged packages on delivery, and non-receipt. We must be notified of damage to a package on delivery within 3 business days in order to file the insurance claim. Please note that insurance claims can take 2-4 weeks to process. In some cases we can expedite the process, but in most cases, it takes that much time to determine fault and get reimbursed by the insurance company so please be patient as we are working very hard to get any claim filed and paid as quickly as possible.
• Will you ship via USPS?
We will ship USPS for an additional fee. The basic fee is 10 dollars additional for continental US shipments. On items the weigh more than 20 pounds the fee is 15 dollars. The additional fee for USPS shipment covers the handling charges that we incur internally. USPS is more expensive than our UPS deal, and it is a manual process with paper work. We offer is as a service to our customers, but please understand that these shipments are much more complicated than the standard UPS shipments.
• Does BigBuyCity Drop Ship items?
BigBuyCity does not drop ship items in most cases. In the event that we oversell an item, we will ship from a supplier when possible in order to expedite the order processing purpose and make sure that our customers get the items they pay for as quickly as possible. BigBuyCity does ship from several warehouses around the country. We have our main warehouse in Brooklyn NY. We have 3 other warehouses on the east coast and we have a warehouse in Ohio. Items can ship from anyone of these locations, but there should be no difference in processing time no matter which warehouse your item ships from.
Warranty
• My product was damaged during shipping. What should I do?
BigBuyCity takes pride in packaging and shipping of products, but if your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item with your sales receipt number, item number, and product name. We will reply via e-mail with a resolution. See our full return policy for more details.
• Are all purchased products warranted against defects?
Most items come with a warranty and a BBC guarantee to protect against dead on arrival items, or manufacturer defects. If you encounter any problems with your product, please contact us ASAP with your sales receipt number, item number, and product name. Please see our return policy for full details.
• Can I get replacement parts for my product?
We do not deal with parts and manuals for items. We only sell factory sealed items. If a replacement part is needed for your item, we can direct you to the manufacturer or a seller that will carry the part you are looking for.

• What is a BigBuyCity Warranty?
BigBuyCity offers full warranties on many of its products and limited warranties on many other products. Products with these warranties are usually advertised, but you can email us on any product to find out if the item is eligible for a free warranty. A BigBuyCity full warranty means that we fully warrant the unit from arriving to the customer dead-on-arrival (DOA) and following 10 days from customer-receipt through the length of the warranty we fully cover the unit from internal damage. Should something happen to the unit the customer can send it back to us at the customer's sole cost with a flat $14.95 processing and return fee made out to our payment e-mail address or if mailing, to our mailing address, where we will process the return and ship the customer back the fully-functional unit or a newer replacement model. Limited warranties that BigBuyCity offers are those warranties that are affected by our ability to correct the damaged unit or rather it is regarding the difficult to monitor international shipping rates and thus the customer should inquire with us prior to purchase regarding what warranty we offer on such product.

• Something does not look right in this listing, is it a mistake?
It is possible that a mistake can be made in a listing, however it does not happen often. If a mistake was made, or if you are concerned with pricing, shipping, images or text, please contact us immediately so we can look into and fix any problem. In the event that a pricing error was made, we will contact a buyer immediately. We will offer the piece at our cost, but we will not ship an item with a complete mistake that is way below cost. We would hope our customers understand that these types of things can happen, and we try our best to limit any mistakes in pricing and descriptions.

Payment
• How can I pay?
BigBuyCity prefers payment via Paypal and, although not preferred, will accept payment via credit card, check, or money order. Checks and Money Order payments require a 10 BUSINESS DAY waiting period for your payment to clear, prior to product shipment. USPS money orders are processed immediately once they have been received and processed. BigBuyCity does not accept payment via bank transfers, nor Western Union wire transfers. If you are an international bidder, please see the section on International Orders below.
• Do you accept Paypal?
Yes, Paypal is the preferred payment method of BigBuyCity. Your items generally ship out within 1-3 business days of us receiving your Paypal payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Please be aware, Paypal can take approximately 4-6 days to process e-checks which will delay your order being shipped. Our Paypal address is Paypal@BigBuycity.com and the charge on your bill will say BigBuyCity.

BigBuyCity accepts credit card payments for Canada and United States orders only. • How do I combine purchases to save money on shipping?
During checkout, you should be able to combine your shipping to save money. If you are having trouble combining shipping, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to send you an invoice combining the shipping of multiple items. Unfortunately, if you have already paid in separate payments, we cannot combine the shipping costs for lower rates, however, we always can get you some additional savings on a new order if you did not receive your shipping discount on a prior order.
• Do you accept money orders and personal checks?
BigBuyCity prefers payment via Paypal and, although not preferred, will accept payment via credit card, check, or money order. Credit card payments can be made via the phone between the hours of 10AM – 5PM Monday through Thursday and 10AM and 1PM on Friday at 800-595-6194. Checks and Money Order payments require a 10 DAY waiting period for your payment to clear, prior to product shipment. • Why have I received an Unpaid Item Reminder?
If you have received an Unpaid Item Reminder, according to eBay's system you have not paid for an item for over 5 business days. If you believe the Reminder was sent in error, please contact us with your eBay User ID and Item Number. We will be happy to research the error and update it in the eBay system for you. If you have been refunded for an item, eBay will take off the payment made flag in the system and the automated system will not know that you paid. If you receive an email for an Unpaid Item and you were refunded, we can fix this very simply. Just email us with your eBay user ID and say you were refunded, and it will take a support rep 2 minutes to correct.
• I was charged double by Paypal.
If you have been double-charged by Paypal, please contact us so we can get this resolved for you. In most cases, we refund an obvious duplicate payment when our order processing system runs, and we will email you to make sure that it was an error.

• What is your feedback policy?
We leave positive feedback via an automated system through eBay. Each positive feedback that is left for us, gets one in return. We do this in order to deal with the high volume and make sure that everyone gets feedback. Being a Powerseller, we understand the importance of feedback. It is not just important for sellers, but it is important to buyers as well. We never leave bad feedback for mistakes, miscommunication or just about anything else. We never leave neutral feedback in any case. We would hope that our customers would not feel the need to leave bad feedback. It does not solve problems, it just creates new ones. At BigBuyCity, we encourage international sales, and do our best to serve your needs.
• I am an international bidder. How can I pay?
BigBuyCity gladly accepts Paypal payments from international bidders in most cases. Paypal is a free service, whereby you can use your credit card, check, or money transfer, as well as Paypal's currency converter. Paypal is a safe and convenient method for you to send payments internationally. We will also accept an international money order drawn from an international bank. We will not accept money in foreign currency, or payment from an international customer via Check. PLEASE INCLUDE A PHONE NUMBER WITH ANY INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT.
• What is your international shipping policy?
- We ship all international packages via UPS although we reserve the right to ship with USPS. If you have a preference please let us know. We can make exceptions to ship via USPS internationally, but there is an additional fee and we must be notified prior to the order.
- UPS shipping is fast, you will have your item within a week on average, well worth the price.
- Please look at the bottom of the item page for shipping prices to international destination. If you do not see it listed, YOU MUST contact a support rep for an international shipping quote. If you feel the shipping charge is too high, please do not bid. International shipping can be pricy, so please understand that we do our best and we totally understand if it is not in your best interest to pay for an item with a very high shipping quote.
- We state the selling price and actual description of the product on the customs documentation.
- Please do not ask us to claim your item is a gift or reduce the amount of the selling price to help you avoid paying duties, taxes, and any other related fees. This is illegal and we can be bought up on charges for doing this. ZERO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WHATSOEVER.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for all import duties and brokerage fees associated with the item. We do not make 1 cent off taxes and brokerage fees associated with international packages. These are fees charged by the government and cannot be negotiated. We will not reimburse any of these fees in any situation.
