Absolutely pathetic. I ordered something I need to get my bike on the road April 4th. Their website says ships next day after order. I messaged them the 15th and then the 18th asking when it would ship expressing to them that’s the last thing I need to finish my bike. No response either time. I ordered the same thing from a professional company and it shipped the next day. Don’t buy from this extremely unprofessional and underwhelming company. They are pathetic.

Watch out for this seller. He deliberately marks it as shipped provides a tracking number. But he refuses to ship the package. 10 days later you wonder why you haven't received your item. It is still sitting and he knows. The same item is being sold again for a higher price. Why not cancel the sale in the first place? Instead of wasting almost 2 weeks of my time.
