Item Damaged in Transit:
If you receive a shipping carton that shows obvious damage, please refuse the shipment. The shipping carrier is responsible for these damages, not you or bikerhaven. If, upon opening the carton, you discover that the product was damaged, contact the carrier for inspection. Contact Shipping Company to report the damage. Then please contact us via eBay message or email me.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS "WILL NOT" BE PROCESSED
We will accept returns for non-fitment as described on auction page,
(If it does not fit, what description says that it will fit). Items are Replaced
or Refunded (at our discretion & availability). Shipping cost for returns based on seller error will be refunded. We do not reimburse overnight/express shipping. Buyer must include receipt for reimbursement.
We will accept returns for defective merchandise, we must be notified within 7 business days of delivery date. We offer an exact exchange only. All items MUST be in like-new condition and in original packaging. Returns with installation damage/damaged packaging will be denied.

Exhaust systems are not warrantied against bluing, By ANY manufacturer, As this is caused by improper fuel mixture and heat. We will not/cannot accept returns on exhaust which has been installed or modified, based on manufacturer/distributor policies. Please inspect exhaust systems for missing parts or damage prior to installation; either by you or a mechanic.
