Customer made false claim and had the item re listed for sale with an open return case to us at the same time. ONE OF THE WORST transactions we have ever had with a customer on here. Customer did return this ring to us for a full refund, But their actions were extremely suspicious with possible intent of re selling this item and returning nothing to us.
