Buyer to contact us requesting return within 2 days of receiving item and returned item must be postmarked within 7 days
Item must be in same condition as received: unworn, with tags attached, no damage or smokey odors.
Buyer pays all shipping charges for return or exchange. Items returned that were purchased with free shipping promotion will have actual shipping cost deducted from refund.
After 7 days - at our discretion - We may offer store credit less a 20% restocking fee
CLEARANCE SALE or BEST OFFER ITEMS will incur a 20% restocking fee if returned - These items are on clearance or best offer because they have been in stock too long or have very minor flaw like dirt or make-up that may need cleaned or minor snags or missing button.
