SHOP INFORMATION
the items we sell here at BLEUBIRD are vintage. they are not new. we do, on occasion, carry a few select contemporary designer pieces and we will note that in the item description so there in no confusion on whether the item you are buying is vintage or not. vintage items show signs of wear due to their age and past owners. please click here to read more about vintage.

PAYMENT
we only accept payments via pay pal and credit cards through paypal. we will not accept money orders, checks, cashiers checks or cash. payment is due within 5 days of auctions end. please pay for your winning items on time. eBay IS NOT LAYAWAY.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
we ship via USPS priority mail. the us post office quotes but does not guarantee 2-3 days for delivery. all domestic items are shipped with a confirmation number so buyers are able to track their orders. if you would like to track your order please request one through customer service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
we ship all international orders via USPS priority mail. the us post office quotes but does not guarantee 10 days for delivery. you may be responsible for customs or duties fees when purchasing goods from another country. these fees have nothing to do with bleubird vintage and are soley the buyers responsibility.

COMBINED SHIPMENTS
we do combine shipping! for most additional items there is no charge for combining shipments. there will, however, be an additional charge in shipping costs if we need to move up to a larger box/package for shipment or if an item is oversized or heavy in weight. we do not make profit from shipping and try to keep your costs as low as possible. in the case you would like to combine shipments, please contact us so we may determine whether or not there will be additional charges.
