Damaged Item, Wrong item or any Issues with an item:
• If you received a damaged, broken or have any issue with an item, please email us immediately so that we can help you to get the perfect item at once. Buyer must contact us within 5 days. We will help you step by step for the exchange process if approved. It might be necessary for us to review the item you received in order to process any return, so customers are required to provide pictures of concerns in order to determine if they are eligible to receive return prepaid shipping postage or reimbursement of inbound shipping. If a buyer is not able to provide pictures, he or she will be responsible for return shipping costs. Installation instructions are not included in most cases. All items are specialty performance items and require a professional installer to complete and may require modification. Items also require fabrication to complete and items sold are for Off-road Use Only or Competition use only. We take no responsibility in teaching you how to install. Professional installation is mandatory.
If customer found that the item is an incorrect item or some parts are missing, please contact us within 5 days. Please keep the box and the label because we might need some reference number or box size to determine if the item is incorrect or not. We might also require some digital picture of the box, shipping material etc. to see if the item is incorrect or not including its packaging. We will be responsible for return shipping and reshipping fee if we make the mistake.
