If you need to contact us for any reason, please send an email through the eBay messaging service. We respond to eBay messages approximately 16 hours per day and in most cases you will receive a response within a few hours on weekdays and within 12-24 hours on weekends.

Payments

We do not consider a sale to be final until the item(s) have been paid for**.

Immediate payment is preferred, though we allow up to 3 days, per eBay policy, for the purpose of multiple items being combined into a single invoice. If you do not intend to purchase multiple items, we ask that you make payment immediately to avoid sale of item(s) to another party**. We stand firm on payment being made within 3 days and if we do not receive payment for your item(s) within 3 days, a non-payment dispute will be filed with eBay and the item will be re-listed for sale.

Per eBay policy, A bid on eBay is considered a contract, and you're obligated to purchase the item. However, if you feel that you have a legitimate reason for not buying the item, you can contact us and explain your situation. If you are still within the 3 day grace period for making payment on your item(s), we may be able to cancel the order and prevent a non-payment dispute from being filed with eBay.

**We have 100% of our inventory for sale in our retail store and through many online marketplaces, including eBay. eBay is different in the manner that you can commit to an item, but choose not to pay for it for up to 3 days (or more in some cases). Items are not removed from inventory until payment has been completed. Because of this nature, items are only guaranteed to be yours once payment has been completed. If the item(s) are still available in our inventory when payment is complete, the order will be handled as usual, if not, we will offer a full refund, an alternate or equivalent item.

Payment Methods

We prefer PayPal payments for all eBay sales, because PayPal protects the seller and buyer if something goes wrong with a transaction. We also accept credit card payments through eBay checkout with any credit or debit card from Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

We do not allow credit cards with non-US billing addresses to be used for payment, therefor international customers must pay with Paypal and must use a PayPal Confirmed payment account. We reserve the right to cancel any payment and/or sale which appears to be fraudulent or is suspicious in any way. We use our best discretion to protect ourselves and our customers from fraud.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization. Please contact us to acquire a return authorization number for your return or exchange. When you contact us for your Return Authorization, we will ask for your Order # from the receipt we sent with the item(s) and/or the name on the order. Please provide this information if you contact us by email or have it on-hand if you contact us by phone.

We allow 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for refund or to exchange for another item. Returned item(s) must be unused and in original, unopened packaging. We understand that some items must be opened to try them on. Please use care when opening product packaging to prevent damage in the event it may need to be returned or exchanged. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges for items with damaged packaging and in other cases where the item(s) cannot be sold as new.

For returns, the original shipping fees are not refunded and return shipping is at the buyers expense. In cases where the item was offered with free shipping, the buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost, which was incurred to us upon shipping the item to you. Refunds will not be provided until the returned item(s) have been received and inspected by our returns department. In most cases, refunds are issued within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item(s).

For exchanges, all shipping fees are at the buyers expense. When you contact us for Return Authorization, we will provide you with the required shipping cost for the exchange. We may ask you to include shipping fees with the returned item or we can bill you via PayPal before the new item is shipped. Most exchanges are handled within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item(s). If you would like tracking information upon shipment of the exchanged-for item(s), please let us know when you contact us for Return Authorization and provide us with the email address you would prefer the information be sent to.
