Excellent communication. Lightning fast dispatch through DHL. Packing of this high-end item could be better as only a flimsy cardboard box was used. A corrugated cardboard box would have provided better protection. Having said that, the bracelet is in better condition than described.

I LOVE IT!!!! The bag is better than I could’ve even imagined. The detailed notes of the condition of the bag were spot on. The photos all match up with the bag as well. Everything was as described, it’s honestly in BETTER condition than I thought it would be based off the description. The bag arrived in a total of 12 days, had to sign for it which is a plus.
