Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, We do.
Q: What are your combined shipping charges?
A: Combined shipping charges are based on weight of package. Some bulky items can not be combined on shipping. These items will have this noted in auction.
Q: I need these items ASAP. Can I get overnight/rush shipping?
A: We do not offer overnight or rush order shipments.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Items are shipped within five business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday. If you placed your order on Sat. or Sun. Your payment is received on Monday. Five business days from Monday would be the following Monday items would ship at the lastest. While most items are shipped sooner, some take the max of five business days. If the post office is closed anytime Mon.- Fri. add the extra days to max days.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order once shipped?
A: Depending on shipping method choose it can take anywhere from 2-9 days to receive.
Q: I have not received my order yet. Where is it?
A: Please allow up 2 weeks to receive your order (Up to 30 days for international). If it has been more then 2 weeks and insurance was purchased please contact us to file a claim.
Q: I am an international buyer and my paypal payment will not go through.
A: We do not accept any international paypal payments. This is why your payment will not go through.
Q: Do you offer discounts on large orders?
A: Yes, We do. Please contact us on item and qty to see if a discount is available. We will let you know the discount and set up a "Buy it now" auction for you if you choose to purchase.
