Our preferred shipping carriers are UPS and USPS. Most of our orders are shipped via Ground within 1-3 day of the close of the auction and of course receipt of the payment. Any request for special upgrades or configuration will take little additional time but we will keep you posted.

A tracking number is emailed to you shortly after the shipping. Please email us if you don’t receive a tracking at bravtek@aol.com HI, AK, Puerto Rico and APO will have additional surcharge.

Bravtek provides a 30 day limited warranty unless sold as-is. The warranty covers any hardware defects and excludes any software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. In addition we do not test batteries therefore battery life will not be covered by any warranty.  

All auction sales are final and under no circumstances will a refund be given.  

In the unlikely event a warranty issue does arrive we will fix or replace the product within 30 days of delivery. To make a warranty claim please call our office at 909-657-4456 during our regular business hours. Customer is responsible for shipping the product in original packing and shipping costs to us.

Most of our pre-owned products come from Fortune 1000 clients. We audit, refurbished, test and QC them thoroughly before offering to our customers. All our products are in Grade A condition and are ready for use out of the box unless indicated in the auction or sold as is. Preowned products may have normal wear and tear, blemishes, scratches or dents.

Batteries: The nature of batteries is volatile, specifically used batteries. BRAVTEK makes no guarantee on the life of batteries unless otherwise specified in a listing. If we are aware of a battery's condition (by itself or as part of another item listed), we will pass that information on. Refunds will never be given in the event of battery malfunction EXCEPT in the instance that we specifically guarantee the battery against DOA in the listing.
