 Q: What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?
  A: If ordered product will not fit through your letterbox, and you are not in to take delivery, then for UK orders this usually means a card is left to notify you of an attempted delivery and the item will be held at your local sorting office. For International orders please refer to your local postal company for their standard procedure.
 Q: Where is my order? I ordered it more than 14 days ago
  A: We’re sorry that your item has not yet arrived. Please contact us to obtain "Item Not Received" claim form. Upon receipt of the form we will process your claim for either a refund or a replacement. Please note that if you submit your claim within 14 days, it will not be processed and you'll need to resubmit your claim after 14 days has passed.
 Q: Once my order has been dispatched when will I receive it?
  A: From the time you receive your despatch confirmation email we would expect you to receive your order within 3-5 working days for deliveries within the UK or 1-3 weeks for deliveries overseas.
 Q: Can I change the delivery address on my order?
  A: For security reasons, once an order has been placed we are unable to change the delivery address.
 Q: Do you combine postage?
  A: Yes we do. Various items have different weights and dimensions that can affect the final postage cost. In most cases it's cheaper to post all items together - the total shipping cost will be shown on the checkout page.
 Q: How can I pay for my order?
  A: PayPal is the only method of payment that we accept. All items must be paid for prior to dispatch. We are unable to take an order and hold it pending payment for more than 5 working days.
 Q: When will payment be taken for my order?
  A: Payment will be taken when you place your order. We will then endeavour to get your item posted out to you on the very same day.
 Q: Can I pay for goods with my credit/debit card?
  A: We only accept payments via PayPal. You can use your credit/debit card to complete payment there. Please do not purchase goods if you do not wish to pay via PayPal as we will be unable to process your purchase.
 Q: How long does it take for a return to be processed?
  A: We aim to process a return within 24 hours of receipt and send confirmation once it has been processed. Please allow 14 days to receive your refund or exchange.
 Q: Can I exchange my item for a different product?
  A: Unfortunately we currently do not offer this option on our eBay site. If you are unhappy with your item please follow the guidelines to return them to us.
 Q: What happens if I receive a faulty item?
  A: In the rare event you receive a faulty item, all you need to do is contact us via eBay messages and we will advise you how to return the items to us.

 Q: Can I return items from different orders in the same parcel?
  A: Please feel free to enclose returns from more than 1 order within the same package, please note however, that you will need to enclose the advice note/returns paperwork for each item/purchase your are returning.

  A: Most items do arrive within 2 to 5 days from us posting them to you. However, delays do sometimes occur within the mailing system, and we would ask that you wait a total of 14 days for the delivery to be made.
