eBay Seller offered discount for local pickup! I contacted Tampa Florida store before sale as instructed. Employee couldn't be bothered checking inventory. Employee said not in stock, would cost more than $200.00 if ordered. I didn't "Make Offer" because what store Employee told me on phone. I missed out on possible better "Best Offer Price" & discount for local pick up! I received Heat Strip next day after purchase! I contacted seller, he wasn't interested in any price adjustment on the sale!

Installed and working great. Packaged well and delivered promptly. However I had requested an hour notice of delivery since I live 30 minutes from delivery site. Received a call from the delivery driver when he was 15 minutes out and by the time I arrived he was gone. He obtained a signature from a contractor working on the house.

Heat pump unit installed and working good. I requested an hour notice so I could be at the house for it's delivery since I live 30 minutes away and my grand-daughter would be at work. The delivery driver called me and informed me when he was 15 minutes from the house. By the time I arrived he had departed. A contractor working on the house had signed for it and no inspection had been performed. I suggest finding a more trustworthy delivery service.
