The item arrived broken, and the item description states no refunds, and I contacted the seller and they stated the item was not broken when they shipped it out however, it was broken exactly where it didn’t show in the photo, conveniently. No refund.  I paid $36 to fix the earrings more than what I spent on the earrings.
