| A:Buy Aggressive offers a 7 day return policy from the time you receive your item. Before you send any item back, you must call/email to get an RA number. A refund will be given minus shipping. All merchandise must be returned in original condition along with all papers and parts. NO refunds will be given if item has been altered. |

Shipment cost is based on weight and location or refer to the item description and each shipping costs are fixed and clearly stated on each listing. |

| A:ALL pickups can only be made by appointment from M-F 10AM-6PM. We only accept PayPal or cash for pickups. Local sales tax is 8.75% on all purchases made in the state of New York. |
