typically analyze your order as a whole and determine which method will
enable you to receive your package in the most efficient maner!
We use the United States Post Office on most of our small orders.
We typically use a First Class Service on small and light items.
We use US Postal Priority Service on medium sized orders. When
your order is Bulky or Heavy we will often send your package by DHL or
UPS. The ultimate decision to decide whether to send an item
via DHL/UPS or US Postal Service will also depend on your

We ship packages from our warehouse
every day. Once your invoice is printed from EBAY, you will
receive an automated email from us notifying you that your package has
shipped. At this point we have printed your invoice to pull your
merchandise from our shelves and set it to be shipped. This is slightly
misleading at times, since this email is generated when we print your
invoice. There could be a slight lag between you receiving your
shipping notification and the actual item being delivered to the
courier, since we still have to pull product and prepare the package
for delivery. This lag is slight, but there are occasions when we
print the invoices the night before in preperation for the next

typically can ship most orders within 1 business day after
receiving payment. Handling time often depends on the
time of day your payment is received. Many items will
recieve same day shipping and rarely will items ever ship later than 2
business days after payment is received. You will receive an

should expect a 2 day handling time for your package to be shipped, but
that is typically the worst case scenario. As mentioned above,
many items have a same day or one day handling time.
Sometimes the actual shipping that you pay will be more than the
shipping cost for us. (sometimes it is less) Before you
begin to question why we would charge so much in the way of shipping,
please remember that our shipping charge includes many different costs
to our company. Employee expense related to pulling, preparing
and delivering your package. There are packaging material
costs. Risks associated with shipping, such as loss and
damage. There are procurement and warehousing cost. Often
these costs will be wrapped into the shipping charge. We
do not hide the shipping cost in an attempt to mislead you. All

We do not use a tracking service through the US Post Office. The
Post Office does not offer a true tracking service except on their
express delivery packages! The only service that is offered from
Post Office on first class and priority packages is delivery
confirmation. This is a service that is different than
tracking. Delivery confirmation only notifies the sender and
receiver when the package is delivered. We do not see much value
in this service, since it does not help you know when your package will
be delivered or where your package is within the delivery
channel. If you still want delivery confirmation, please
contact our customer service phone line and we will add it for

We are glad to offer combined shipping discounts on multiple item purchases. Our policy is that you pay for the most expensive amount of shipping at 100%. Then each additional item is shipped at 50% of the stated cost.
You purchase 3 items. The stated shipping amounts for your three items are: 10.99, 5.99, 2.99. You would pay the highest amount of shipping at 100% or in this example $10.99. The lesser amounts of $5.99 and $2.99 are paid at 50% which is $3 and $1.50, respectively. Therefore, your total shippng will be: 10.99+3+1.50 = $15.49. The savings for you on this fictitious order would be $4.50.
When you buy multiple items from us, feel free to follow this formula when paying for your won items. We will check it before we send your shipment. Please be sure to pay the proper amount. This will ensure your package will not be delayed.
If you are uncomfortable calculating the correct shipping amount, we can do it for you. We typically combine all multiple purchases every day. So if you want to wait and let us combine the shipping amounts for you please feel free to do so. You should receive an email notification shortly after purchase for your combined invoice amount. Also feel free to notify us by email to combine your invoice for you.

ship internationally. Each auction has the domestic and
international shipping rates quoted within them. We often send
international items in Global Priority envelopes. Many
Items are shipped separately or in small groups to save
you shipping costs with global priority envelopes. We often
use USPS Global Express for larger items.
Shipping internationally does take longer to be delivered than domestic
shipments. Often items can be slow clearing customs. Also
many countries' postal systems are not efficient receiving
international deliveries. Some items can arrive to your home country in
3-5 business days. Sometimes it may take up to 17 days.
Shipping internationally is very inconcisistent and your previous
experience of receiving international packages should only be
considered as a rule of thumb but not as the absolute delivery
time. Global Express is on the other hand much more consistent
and the order will be typically delivered within 7 days.
In general we try to offer combined shipping discounts to customers
internationally too. However, we can not follow the same easy
formula. It is often best to just ask for a quotation prior to
your purchase for combined shipments internationally if you are wanting
to receive a combined discount.
Unfortunately, we can not accomodate
requests to mark your item as a "gift" or to mark your item's value
down to unreasonable levels. When we mark your item's value on
the customs forms, we try to mark them down to our cost. This is
as low as we are allowed to go when preparing the customs forms.
As a company we are unwilling to accept the risks that go along with
misrepesenting the package contents on the customs forms.
Returns are accepted up to 30 Days after purchase. Returns are accepted for unopened and resalable merchandise only. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied on all returns. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Protecting against shipping damage is also the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that your item is well packed and that you have purchased shipping insurance for your returned item. Defective merchandise will be handled according to the manufacturer's policy as it pertains to defective merchandise. Poker Supplies Co will assist the buyer in coordinating with the manufacturer to return a defective item. We can not guarantee to you that the item is free from defects, since we are not the manufacturer. We only represent that the item was received new directly from the manufacturer and is being shipped new to you. Items damaged in transit will be replaced after a properly submitted courier claim. When a courier damages your item in shipment we must submit a claim to the courier (UPS or USPS). The courier has the right to inspect the damaged item as well as the packaging of the damaged item. So please keep all packaging when your item is damaged in transit. Unfortunately, some customers choose to use the Paypal dispute process in a fraudulent manner. Some customers will dispute legitimate transactions instead of following our return policies. If those cases, we will provide proof of delivery to the paypal and we will ultimately win the dispute. Once a dispute is submitted, we can no longer help you in regards to any matters as it relates to our return policies.
