I started Babies & Beads whilst on maternity leave with my first child, Caitlen. She was such an angel, I needed something to fill my time. I was bought a Pandora bracelet by my husband and a beautiful charm to symbolise our daughter. I wanted to fill it up with all sorts of delights, but was amazed to see how much each charm cost. With a new baby, I certainly couldnt afford to wear my maternity pay on my wrist! I started to trawl the internet for shops that could offer the same quality, but without the brand name, and was amazed to see a real lack of quality, and so Babies and Beads was born.
We have moved such a long way from then and now employ 5 people, have our own office, web site and of course our beloved eBay shop. Coming from a customer service back ground, I strive to offer a customer service that is second to none, and if something can be done, then you can guarentee, we will be doing it.
