I had a great experience communicating with the seller to first inquire about his refurbished chairs, and then to pick one for myself. He kept me up to date on the status of the chair through the refurbishment process and I was happy every step of the way. I just received it and it's great! It's clean, sturdy, and in excellent shape for an older chair. It's just what I was hoping for and I can't wait to keep this one for a long time.
