I strive for 5 star ratings for every sale. Many buyers do not realize, that giving anything less than 5 stars for their transaction, can result in penalties for the seller. When our star ratings fall below 4.9, we get penalized. If you cannot leave me 5 stars in every category, let me know, so that I can improve my customer service, and make your transaction worthy of 5 stars... So, before you think about leaving me neutral or negative feedback, or low star ratings, give me the benefit of doubt, and email me through the EBAY MESSAGE System, let me know what is wrong~I always return emails, I make all efforts to resolve any problems. 

PAYMENTS:Please arrange to have payment completed within 7 days of purchase. Since EBAY has instituted the 'PAPERLESS PAYMENT' rule, the only form of payment I can accept, is  e-checks, instant cash, and credit card payments through PAYPAL. If you can't arrange that, EMAIL ME. I would rather there be communication between us, then a disappearing act, if there is a problem paying. All I ask is the courtesy from my buyers to contact me. If you've changed your mind, and do not want the purchase, email me, I can cancel the sale.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING~I ship to most International countries via First Class Mail. I no longer use the $14 flat rate insured rates with tracking, the US post does not offer that service. If your country is NOT among the countries I ship to, and you want to purchase from my shop, email me, so that I can quote you an insured shipping rate, as your country is probably one, that I had buyer claims of non delivery with, in the past. Some international purchases totaling $59.99 or more, may be shipped with insurance.  It is at the descretion of the seller, or/and the buyer, and is determined by content of parcel.  International insured items are shipped via PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL. Buyer is responsible for duties and import taxes, upon delivery on all parcels. It is not included in the shipping and handling price. Cannot mark items as GIFT, and actual value is stated on customs forms.   If I do not ship to your country, and you would like to purchase from my store, kindly email me using the CONTACT SELLER link on the item's description page.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM? I ship within 3 business days, (most of the time, sooner than that) AFTER receiving your payment. With the amount of volume I deal with everyday, it is nearly impossible to ship within 24 hours, when I handle everything myself. I try to go postal 4-5 times during the week. I do not work on the weekends.

NEED A RUSH ON YOUR PARCEL? If you need something in a hurry, I always try to make an exception. The ONLY way, I will try to honor a RUSH order, is if you email me through the 'ASK SELLER A QUESTION', or the 'CONTACT SELLER' link, the day you have purchased it. If you write me a note, in your PAYPAL PAYMENT, I WILL NOT see it, until the day I am getting your order ready to ship... which can be 2-4 days later.
