| No, we do not have a customer service phone as we just don't have the man power to handle the calls. |

| Please check your trash or junk folder in your email client. Sometimes our email ends up there. We respond to all emails. |
| Shipping Information |
| How much is shipping? |
| The shipping cost for each item is listed in the auction. All items will be shipped after payment is fully received/cleared. |
| I bought several different items. How to I determine the combined shipping amount? |
After you are finished bidding, we'll send you a total with shipping via the eBay checkout system. Also, you can email us with your zip code and request the total. |
| How long will it take for me to get my item(s)? |
It depends on the shipping method and ship date.
These are the estimates for delivery times after your order ships:
- USPS First Class Mail - 3 to 7 days
- USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 3 Days
- UPS Ground - 3 to 7 Days
Note: None of these rates are guaranteed for certain date.

| Where are you located? |
| We are centrally located in northwest Arkansas. |
| How often do you ship? |
| We ship Monday thru Friday with UPS and USPS. Orders that come
in before 2:00 Central time generally ship the same day. Otherwise,
the order will ship the next day. We do not ship on weekends
or holidays. |
| How will I know when my order shipped? |
| We will send you an email letting you know. |
| Can I add items to my order? |
| Sure, as long as it hasn't shipped. We ship everything out very quickly, so let us know ASAP! |
| I haven't gotten any emails from you? |
| Please check your email address registered with Ebay/Paypal as email
will be sent there. If you have a spam or junk mail folder check
it because our emails gets sent there sometimes. |
| I just bid on an item that only ships via UPS Ground but I need
it shipped to a post office box. Am I boned? |
| Yes, are you. We can only ship UPS to street addresses. Please send
us a non P.O. box address for the shipment. |
| Will you ship internationally? |
| Maybe - Send us an email with the items you need and we can work on it. |
| Do I get a deliver confirmation number (USPS) or a tracking number for my shipment? |
| Yes, the numbers are sent to your email address after the package ships which is usually in the evening |
| What is a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number? |
| Every USPS shipment (excluding some APO/FPO addresses) from Darvex.com
includes a USPS (United States Postal Service) Delivery Confirmation
Number. This is similar to a tracking number but only provides
confirmation of shipment and delivery. When your order is shipped,
the delivery confirmation number will be e-mailed to the address
provided in the order information. |
| Where can I view the on-line information for my Delivery Confirmation Number? |
You can view the information at www.usps.com
Just enter the item number and it will display the information for your shipment. |
| Why isn't my tracking information showing up in the USPS database yet? |
It sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the information to be updated
in the USPS database. A many times, the delivery confirmation
number will not update until the package is delivered. It might
read something like this:

| Does USPS offer a tracking number? |
| No, the postal office does not have a tracking system in place for their Priority Mail or First Class shipments. |
| How can I use my UPS tracking number to track the delivery of my shipment? |
You can view the tracking information from the UPS website at www.ups.com
When you order is shipped a tracking number will be e-mail to the address provided in the order information. |
| Payment Information |
| What kinds of payment do you accept? |
We accept the follow:
- Credit Cards / eChecks through Paypal.com - If paying with an eCheck
please note that the check will have to clear through paypal.com
which takes about 3 - 4 business days. We will not ship
your items until we get notification from paypal.com that the payment has cleared.
- Visa / Master Card Payments via our secure website - We do not
take credit cards over the phone, as we don't have anyway
to process them. We can set you up a custom link on our
website and you can use your credit card there.

| Do my item(s) have a warranty? |
| Yes, all of our items have a warranty except for fuses and circuit
breakers. Please contact us for return information so we can give you the information where applicable. |
| What is your return policy? |
| All sales are final, but we can work with you to exchange items if you ordered the wrong part. No returns on cut wire! |
| Are you an authorized dealer for your products? |
| Yes, we authorized dealers for all of the product we carry. Also, we include a receipt for warranty purposes. |
Please review the following information as it makes the process much easier:
- When buying items with different finished or sizes please indicate
with payment. We will send you an email requesting the information,
but if we don't hear back from you we will choose the style
or size for you.
- Make sure you have your updated address and email on file with
paypal and eBay so we can email you and ship your item to
the correct address.
- Please read the auction carefully so you know what you are bidding
on. We have had many customers who bid on one foot of wire
thinking they were bidding on whole roll. eBay makes us
sell the wire in confusing lengths do the fact that no bid
can be less than .99 cents.
