Returns accepted for ANY REASON.

Returns are accepted if item is returned within 30 days of receiving item.
*A full refund is given if the item is returned in its original numbered bag.*
*We only refund shipping paid on single piece
jewelry items only (We do not return shipping on lots or other specially priced items)
*If your item is not as described or damaged or damaged soon after purchase, please let us know normal policies may not apply.
Our goal is to discourage those who would keep and item wear it and return it. If you have a reasonable reason for return without original bag, etc, we will
certainly honor full return.
Our items are vintage and "plastics" so they may come unglued or have other age issues. We do want you to be happy with your item. If an issue arises soon after purchase we will do our best to make it right.

RETURN PROCESS
- If your item is a single piece of jewelry and under $30.00 and has been correctly described by us please skip to #3
- If your item is a single piece of jewelry valued over $30.00 OR it is not a single piece of jewelry, OR you feel it was not properly described you MUST email us and let us know that you will be returning the item, in case we have any special instructions for return.
- Please return the item promptly within 30 days of receiving item, in the original packaging. Full refund will only be granted if original plastic bag with inventory tag is included. You can ship back in any appropriate box or envelope. ****Returns without original bags and tags will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Include the eBay item number or order number and your email address with your return. If you would like to do an exchange enclose those details
- If you have any special instructions, be sure to include them also.
- On single jewelry items - You will receive a full refund including shipping paid or our US 1st Class rate, whichever is less. (No return shipping unless the item not as described)
- Lots & Other items – Lots are only returnable as a unit. We will return only purchase price, no shipping either way. (Unless item was not described correctly)

Upon receipt of the item in good order,
we will refund the following:
Single Piece Jewelry Items
1. Full purchase price
2. Shipping paid OR what we would charge for First Class US shipping,
whichever is less.

If you paid for Express or Priority we
would only reimburse for First Class.

If you got free shipping, we will not
reimburse you anything for shipping.

If you return only a portion of an
order we will refund only the additional item fee paid for each item
returned.
- For example, if you purchase a
jewelry lot, hat, scarf, etc, we will not refund
shipping paid on those items. We will refund you
the price you paid for the item ONLY
Lots of Jewelry or Other Large
Items
1. Full purchase price ONLY
(Sorry we do not reimburse shipping or return postage at all
on these items)
