FEEDBACK
Bankntoes-International strives to provide the highest quality service with your online purchase.  Due to the high volume of sales transactions each year, we have automated our feedback so that you automatically receive positive feedback when you leave us positive feedback.  This automated feedback saves us many thousands of mouse clicks each year and allows us to provide you with better service and pricing.  After all, if we had to hire a full time person to click the feedback button all day, we would have to add that person's salary to our prices and we will not do that.   So, feedback is automated to save you money.   If for any reason you can not rate us 5 stars for every aspect of the transaction, please email us first.  We will try to assist with any issues or concerns you may have.  Your ability to purchase from our multi-million dollar, private collection of banknotes is at our sole discretion.  PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST IF YOU CAN NOT LEAVE US 5 STARS FOR ALL FEEDBACK CATEGORIES.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COMBINED SHIPPING
Banknotes International will combine multiple items into a single shipment to save you money.   To take advantage of combined shipping discount, purchase all the notes you want, then, BEFORE YOU PAY, send us an email to let us know you are finished and would like combined shipping discount.  We will then combine all of your items into a single invoice and send the invoice to you.  Pay from the invoice that we send you to get combined shipping.  Payment is due when you receive the invoice...not 2 days later.

HANDLING TIME
All items ship the next business day once the PayPal payment is cleared. In some cases the item will ship same day.  Business days are Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PTS), excluding US holidays and extended holiday weekends.

DELIVERY TIMES  US Delivery time may average between 3 and 14 days.  Sometimes longer due to US holidays.  International delivery time averages from 10 to 60 days depending on country.  International buyers may experience delivery times longer than 30 days depending on US and/or international customs inspection times.

SHIP TO ADDRESS
All shipments will be sent to the address you have in PayPal.  PayPal does not permit us to ship to a different address, so please be sure your address is correct before you pay.  Please do not send us an email asking us to ship your items to a different address other than the address you have in PayPal.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If for any reason your shipment is returned to Banknotes International, (Buyer provided Insufficient Address, Items not claimed at post office) buyer agrees to pay all shipping charges again.  Items returned by the post office are still responsible for completing the sale at the buyers expense.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
PayPal is the ONLY method of payment for this item.  Payment is due at time of sale or end of auction, which ever is first.  Banknotes-International does not accept any type of paper payment. PayPal Only!  All purchases by Califoria residets are subject to CA Sales Tax.  Resellers who have a reseller permit and who wish to purchase large quantities may do so directly on our corporate website.  A resale application is required and may be obtaied by contactig us.  Wholesale (tax free) purchases are not avaialble on our eBay items.

RETURN POLICY
By purchasing our items, you agree to all of the terms herein.  All sales are final. Exchanges are only accepted if you do not receive the denomination and country you purchased.  If you receive an incorrect note and would like to exchange it, simply return the note to us within 3 days of delivery and when we receive it, we will process the exchange.  Returned items postmarked later than 3 days from date or receipt do not qualify for exchange.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.   All serial numbers, serial number prefixes and banknote series numbers may be different from the images seen, unless specifically stated in the text portion of the item description.   We do not exchange or refund payments for disputes resulting from serial numbers, serial number prefixes and banknote series numbers.  If you are seeking  specific serial numbers, serial number prefixes and banknote series numbers, please check with us before you purchase because we will not refund or exchange items for those characteristics.
