payment: At present we only accept PayPal or your credit card through PayPal.

Shipping:  We only ship to a street address in the continental 48 states, no APO. Items will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or trucking company. As soon as a tracking number is available it will be E-mailed to you. We must have a phone # as companies now require that for a quick delivery.

Tax: New York State residents will be charged 8.5% sales tax.

Returns: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Boxes must be unopened and in resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for freight both ways as well as a 10% restocking fee. Please obtain a return authorization # before sending item back.

Problems: We want to provide you with complete satisfaction. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue.

Warranty: Most items come with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. Please fill out the warranty card and mail it back to the manufacturer within 14 days.
