AUCTION POLICY
Please
ask questions before
bidding. We believe in
peaceful and private resolution of issues. We strive for five (5)
star feedback in all DSRs (Detailed Seller Ratings). Please e-mail
us with issues and give us an opportunity to resolve them.

We offer standard FREE
SHIPPING on most items shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping methods vary and are determined by the seller. UPS, USPS
Priority, and USPS Express are available for an additional cost per buyer
request and expense.
Cases and similar large items are not
available for FREE SHIPPING to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and
APO/FPO. Any item that excludes delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S.
Territories, and APO/FPO can be sent via UPS, USPS Priority, or USPS
Express at buyer's expense and request. (Please contact the seller
directly for details.)
All other items are available to all 50 states,
including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and
APO/FPO addresses. If you have any problem buying any item, please contact
us.
If you want combined shipping, just let us know
before paying.
Items are shipped within one (1) business day of
cleared payment. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or any
holidays. Items paid on a Friday will, for example be sent by Monday at
the latest. While most payments are cleared same day, e-checks take
up to seven (7) days to clear, which will delay shipment until Paypal
provides notification the e-check funds are available.

Shipping is dictated by
the payment method and EBay and Paypal Seller protection policies.
International shipping will be via USPS Priority International or USPS
Express Mail International which includes online viewable delivery
tracking. Payments by Paypal require online viewable tracking information
that shows proof of delivery as stated on the Paypal website at: https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=security/seller_protection_learn_more.
EBay has similar requirements for any electronic or Paypal payments which

We offer combined
shipping discounts for multiple item purchased but not yet paid within
four (4) days of each other, unless the buyer makes other arrangements
with the seller. The payment due date will be based on the first purchase
made. Combined shipping cost will be based on the total weight of the
package in 1 pound increments, subject to any postal restrictions on
package insurance or the number of items allowed per package due for
customs limitations. Insurance is required and will be included in
invoiced shipping charges. Packages valued up to $150.00 are sent via USPS
Priority International. Packages valued over $150.00 are sent via USPS
Express International.
Please contact us for a
shipping quote before bidding and request an invoice before paying if you
want a combined shipping discount.
We will not ship via USPS First Class International
for any electronic or Paypal payments, as it does not provide online
viewable delivery tracking or insurance and does not comply with Paypal
and Ebay seller protection policies. For these reasons we only ship USPS
Priority International and Express for any electronic or Paypal
payments.
International shipments require an official Customs
Declaration Form placed inside an official Customs Form Envelope which
must lay flat without being folded over to any side on the package. As the
dimensions of the Customs Form Envelope are 9 inches by 6 inches, items
(no matter how small) will be packaged to accommodate this Customs
requirement. Please do not be surprised to receive a bigger package than
expected. As an added plus, items are securely packaged ensuring they
arrive intact to foreign destinations.
We will not falsify information on the Customs
form. Ebay transactions are considered commercial and will be marked as
such and not as "Gifts" or "Returned Goods."
Import
duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping
charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with
your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs
will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by
the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up –
do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark
merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts"- US and
International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
