Shipping: Items are generally shipped within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted) after payment has been received and cleared. The shipping method for each item is listed in the item's description. If you should prefer a different method, please contact us prior to bidding/buying to see if we can accomodate your request.
APO/FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, other US Territories: We ship APO/FPO and to all other US territories via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. There is no additional charge to ship to an APO/FPO and US territories address and insurance is provided. If the item is heavy and needs to ship via UPS only, we cannot offer shipping to APO/FPO and US territories.
International Orders: When shipping internationally (outside the USA), we are not responsible for customs duties/fees, shipping delays or lost packages. We will provide a tracking number, however, your item is not insured.
When an item is shipped via International First Class Mail your item will be scanned only in the USA at the city of departure. There will be no additional scans as other countries are not required to do so. Your package is in transit and will arrive even though no additional scanning is required.
International shipping times vary and are not guaranteed. If your item gets "hung up" in customs shipping time can take 3-6 weeks. *Please know that when you have a package shipped overseas (internationally) you are ordering at your own risk.
Insurance: Insurance is included on every item at no additional charge to orders shipped within the USA, APO/FPO, and US territories. If you should receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately and we will file a claim and resolve the issue immediately. Insurance is not available for International orders.
Stock Status: We always try to make sure all the items we list are in stock. However, due to the number of items listed, it may be possible an item is discontinued by the manufacturer or on backorder. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will refund your entire amount paid if the item is no longer available or discontinued. If it is on backorder, you will have the option to wait or receive a full refund.
Returns: We strive for excellent customer service. All items have been described to the best of our ability. Each item has been inspected before packaging. If you encounter a problem please contact us immediately via email. We will work with you and/or the manufacturer to resolve the problem. If you would like to return the item, please send it back to us unused and in the original packaging. If your item was shipped with "FREE" shipping, original shipping paid by us will be deducted from your refund amount. Return shipping costs are not refundable. If the item was damaged during the shipping process, please read "Insurance" above and contact us immediately.
*Do not refuse a package as it ends up costing more money for return shipping and it may be returned to the wrong address and delay your refund. Please contact us immediately and we can give you return shipping instructions.
If your item is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly. All of our products come with the original Full Factory Warranty from the manufacturer. If you need help contacting the manufacturer regarding your defective item please let us know. We will talk with the manufacturer to arrange for a repair or replacement of the defective item. Remember to always complete your item warranty registration (in a timely manner) with the manufacturer should any problems arise in the future.
