Auctions
Our auctions are not fixed and truly go to the high bidder. We will not overcharge on shipping, but you will pay a little more than the auctual shipping cost to cover boxes, packaging , fuel, and manpower.  Please read the full description of the auction items details and if you have any question please feel free to send us a email.
Payments
We take multiple forms of payment including: Paypal, money order, check, cashiers check, western union, cash.  We will hold checks until they clear with the bank.  We do not advise paying with cash since it can be lost or stolen on the way to us..
Billing
You will be sent an invoice after the close of the transaction.  Follow the instructions and if you have any trouble or questions please contact us.  We can send paper receipts or invoices also.    
Shipping
Every effort will be made to ship your item within 2 days of the payment being received. Please contact us at CS25@peoplepc.com for tracking numbers. Shipping carrier will be stated in the auction . If auction states flat rate shipping that means we will ship by the most cost efficient means available. Alternate shipping can be arranged at buyers expense, but it may not always cost extra, so please email any questions about carriers. Buyer responsible for all shipping damage, so we recommend using UPS that includes insurance. You may also pay extra for insurance via the postal service.

Returns

I handle returns on a case by case basis.  On new products you will be required to go through the manufacturer for warranty claims.  I will provide the information on how to file a claim.  Please refer to the item description for return policies for the item you are buying.  Go to the contact addresses at the top of the page and email me any questions.

Most of the merchandise we sell is brand new and unopened.  We do sell refurbished and used items, but it is stated in the listing description.   Email me any questions.
