This item had a money back guarantee, but when I went to return it because it was not for a 242, 242J Jeep New Process transfer case as claimed. To add insult to injury, you charged me somewhere around $37.xx for a Shipping Label which is outrageous, and then you added $19.xx for Shipping on my return! The vendor misidentified what he was selling, and you made me pay the penalties for his false advertising. He should have paid them. I'm will never do business with eBay Motors again!

Item was returned and refund issued for full amount of item, shipping paid and sales tax don't know what else I could do. Can only refund what was paid to me. Was never notified of any issue with return.
