Ma3Sons accepts PayPal. Any other method of payment needs approval prior to bidding. Checks are not acceptable.
We ship within the continential United States and Canada. Any other locations needs to be approved prior to bidding, and the shipping costs will be examined. We will always try to work out the least expensive method of shipping, but our concern is always for the shipping care of our products. For the US and Canada, we use parcel and priority service. For larger or unusual shaped packages, we use FedEX ground as much as possible. Global service is always higher, and may not always be available in a moderate price range. In any case, we try to accomodate all needs. Buyers pay all shipping costs.
Handling Fees & Insurance
Buyer pays all handling fees when requested, and insurance, if offered. Insurance can be requested by buyer, or declined in some situations. Each situation will be examined on its own merits.
Sales tax will be applied to California sales only. The sales tax will be applied to the base price, and any additional fee will be applied after. The sales tax in California is 8.75%.
Customer Service Statement
Ma3Sons will not misrepresent any product we carry. All auction descriptions will be accurate, and will state any infraction as it exists. All merchandise will be tested and in working order when released. All items will be rated regardless to the status of the condition. No item will be sold that does not meet the requirements of its description. We strive to make your experience with Ma3Sons an honest, and enjoyable one.
We offer a cash back refund only for merchandise that is defective upon receipt. All returns must be reported to Ma3Sons within 7 days of receipt. Buyer pays return costs, and 50% of the return costs is refundable. The return shipping costs should be by the most economical method available. All returns are to be intact and complete. We will offer an exchange whenever possible. In order to return an item, you must contact Ma3Sons for a return code. All returns must be accompanied by a return code, and no return will be accepted if code is requested after the 7 day timeframe. In order to avoid this type of action, all electronic merchandise is tested prior to shipping, and all products are in a working order when shipped. As always, we welcome your thoughts and comments.
